Planing – Glued laminated timber (GLT)
A specialist production site for more than 30 years
Our LĂ©vignacq site (40) is the production site for all our glued laminated timber products for the carpentry industry. This high-tech process combines aesthetics with resistance.
Custom-made
Our flexibility means that we can meet small and medium series requirements, as well as adapting to cover your specific requests. All our products can have a coating and/or numerous finishes applied (paint/varnish).
A complete process
All our products are PEFCtm certified and are validated by the FCBA.
The certification CTB LCA, delivered by the FCBA, guarantees that the glulam wooden section, made by the certified company answer a strict specifications of manufacturing in particular on the quality of the sticking, the veneer and the finger-jointing (KKK).
The certification PEFC is a guarantee that the product is realized from wood of forests managed durably

A specialized industrial facilities multi-materials
Installed on the lamellation line of our Lévignacq site(40), the wrapping machine allows to cover a wooden profile, MDF or a chipboard with the veneer wood. This process of high technicality allies esthetics and resistance.
